HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I live on the bottom floor of one of the buildings. As per the lease if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floors you must provide carpeting within 30 days of moving in. The tenants above me have lived there for about 4 months and have still failed to carpet their floor. I am woken up every morning at 5:30 am by creaking of floor boards. I have complained to the rental office at least 6 times, and have gotten empty promises of a solution. I will NEVER rent from Padonia village apartments again, and I suggest others take this advice.

I had the same problem as well. I had complained so much that they told me that I can either move to another apartment or be evicted. I didn't think they could evict you for making a complaint!
