There are termites , spider etc on ground floor apartment. Also you will hear lots of noise from people on floors above you as the noise proofing is not good. They recently opened a pool which gets "refilled" with "cold water". You may explore lots of apartment on cranbrook road starting from padonia rd down to york road(eg brian cliff etc) You dont parking space easily near your apartment.. but you will get something.. In winter, they may not remove the snow quickly, making parking harder.
