I have lived here a total of 4 years. 2 years under the old management and 2 under the new. The new management is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are rude. I live on the top floor and I have 4 college kids who live next to me. They are always loud, they have their friends over all hours of the night. The worst part is they are pot smokers. Atleast 3 times a week I smell pot coming from their apartment because it comes into my apartment. They blast their music all hours of the day/night. Not all the people in these buildings are nice. I have a neighbor who is a complete ass! He is going around taking people to court for money claiming they are doing things to his personal property and he damages yours. I was actually told by the rental office the management company that I can be evicted for this.

I also had an issue with my rent check. I have never missed my rent payment, ever! I would have been sent an eviction notice had I not stopped in the rental office for some reason. I was told they never received my rent check. I had proof they they cashed it. I found out that they posted it to someone elses account/apartment. Parking is also a big, big issue. Guests are suppose to park on the street since the residents are basically paying for a parking spot. If you aren't home by 6pm, you are not going to find a parking spot.

The apartments are nice, the outside of them look nice, but the inside in the stairwells are not nice. There is trash in the hallways, papers all over the place. The laundry rooms are horrible as well. They have jumped the prices up to wash and dry your clothes. Then you have to wait for whoever is doing their laundry to finish and remove theirs from the machines before you can start your own.

All in all, I would not recommend these apartments and you'd be better off going somewhere else to rent.

I've also lived here 4 years and so agree with the difference in staff. Parking is the absolute WORST, you have to park literally a block away if you come home after 6 pm. Every walk of bug life come into your apt at some point yearly and the noise sounds as if someone has entered your apartment.

Sorry, but I'm a female so no sucking up needed. I sure hope that your neighbors in your new home are ready for you. I have never had a problem with anyone and people I talk to love it hear. Good luck in your future home.

I have lived here for over 6 years and other than having to pay our utilities now, I think the new staff is great! If I call for maintenance they are usually there the same day. I also hear noise but must remember these apartments were built over 40 years ago and the noise has decreased since the new management started to put carpet in all the apartments. Sounds like the person that wrote this has other issues they are dealing with and has decided to blame someone else. If the apartment was so bad, why would you continue to live there for 4 years?????

I liked the area. The maintenance guys are so nice! I just got stuck living next to college kids who want to party all hours of the night. I'm actually moving out this weekend. No more apartment living for me, I bought a house. I never had issues with the old management. When Continental took over, it just went down hill and there are plenty of people who feel the same way! I don't have other issues, I'm stating the facts and from reading your response, it sounds like you're a little suck up and the more than likely a guy to where the ladies in the rental office are all over you and take care of things. Tenants like you are the reason Tenants like myself are being smart and getting out of this hell hole.
