I lived in this apartment for two years-one year under the old management and one year under the new. I never had any problems under the old management, however, when the new management took over problems began. First of all, they lost my check for my rent one month, and sent me an eviction notice, instead of calling me to let me know there was a problem. They were extremely rude to me about it, and I had to go to the offices of the management that happened to be located in the shopping center next door. The people I dealt with there were even ruder, claiming they can't process money orders, when I had been paying by money order the whole time i lived there!! Finally, I had to search my apartment for my receipt, and call western union to trace it. They told me my money order had been cashed already when they sent me the eviction notice.
Then, when I wanted to break my lease, I was lied to repeatedly by management. when I went to the office to find out the procedures for breaking the lease, they told me I had to give 30 days notice, anytime. When I went to give notice, they then told me notice can only be given on the first of the month, so I ended up having to pay for my apartment for an entire extra month I didn't even live there! What a nightmare. They were unbelievably rude and unprofessional to me during this as well. When I described the woman I talked to that gave me the info the first time, they claimed that no such woman had ever worked there, when I had dealt with her many times.
Now lets start with the apartment- It was spacious and nicely laid out with a lot of closet space. The kitchen, however, was tiny. Also, they require you to carpet 80% of your apartment yourself, but many neighbors don't do it, so the noise is insane. The walls are paper thin-you can hear everything going on above you, below you and beside you. many times I woke up to doors shutting and footsteps, thinking someone was in my apartment, but the noise was coming from next door! The downstairs laundry room is extremely inconvenient and expensive, not to mention stinky because of the trash room. I also dealt with some bug infestations when I lived there, mostly ants. However, two days before I moved out, I saw a roach in the kitchen.
You could do a lot better than this place. Initially, I loved my apartment, but rude management and noise drove me away.

I believe this review explains the rude office staff and owner office staff as well. Find somewhere else.
