I have been living here about 2 years. I think the office and maintain people are doing a good job. It could be better if these office staffs are more friendly and respectful. There used to be one lady, Lea, who is really nice. Unfortunately she is no longer working there. My problem is with their policy regarding late utility fee, which may be from the top management. They don't give your notice if you are short on your utility fee, which was combined with your rent from not long ago. If you pay your fee online through an anosmatic bank account you may end up short of the full amount. Instead of giving your note or warning, they will report you to court. It makes you feel you are late on purpose. It is not respectful to renters who always pay their rent on time, and a renter friendly policy.
