So I moved here from another property nearby and I love it!! The maintenance guys are so nice and helpful and the ladies in the office are great! I have only had a few problems with parking but I've noticed thats only in one certain parking lot on the property. It is slightly annoying the work on the balconies, but at least they are working to make the place nicer and not look so rundown like other communitties in the area. I feel like when people complain about bugs, maybe they shoudl think about what their apartment inside looks like. If you leave food everywhere and have some much lutter around that you can barely walk- than yeah, you are going to have bug problems. THats not the complex fault, thats your fault for how you live. If I have a problem and need to call the office, there has only been a few times that I have not been able to et ahold of someone. Most of the time, I have later walked over and they have been extremely busy in the office. It's not like they are not answering the phone on purpose, they are busy!! I love it here- and I think if you all stopped looking for the negative in everything you would too!!!

This guy is stupid and trys to fool you. He/she is working in the leasing office. They had a lousy company to do the most lousy jobs on the balconies. Thus, they re-do the balconies every year. There are lots of dust and noise during a lenthy balcony 're-build'. This place is a not safe place now. The managment team is the worst I ever had. Leave the place away. A former resident

LOL - whoever wrote the review not only sounds like a paid "cheerleader" for this complex, but does not know how to write properly - please use paragraphs at least.

Aparently, the paid person who wrote this response doesn't live in the apartments. The bug problems are ridiculous. Idiot it's not roaches that people have a problem with, it's every other species of bugs like the red & black bugs that line your window screen and and make their way in through the window, and the other species of bugs that find their way when you live on the basement floor. Booooo your advertisement doesn't even sound like a residents. Try the loud lawmowers from 8a-5p EVERY monday! Stop playing and leave the responses to the people that actually live here or have lived in the apartments.

I do live in the apartments here, and I am not an employee. I really don't konw what part of my response would have given that impression. There is really no need to be rude. I am simply stating my opnion of where I live. If you are so unhappy with the apartment than leave!@|!!! I truly do like living here. I agree that the landmowers are annoying and the balcony stuff was an inconvienience. But it was worth it. THe property is always well maintained and there is never trash laying around. I've lived at other communitties and have heard of bug problems there, so it's not like its associated with just one communitty. Sometimes there are just certain things that are not in their control, but at least they take care of the issue right away. Again, if you are so unhappy.......leave!!!! That might actually make the property a little bit nicer than!!!
