1. Safety - The locks on doors into the laundry facilities and storage facilities (accessed from outdoors so anyone could get in)have been broken since I moved in in June 2005. The management recognized this issue, yet the locks haven't been fixed. Therefore, anyone can gain access and the safety of tenants is diminished.
2. Noise - The walls are very thin. I can hear conversations, people in the bathroom going to the bathroom, cupboards closing etc...
3. Poolside - Kids are often at the pool on summer days and many are very poorly behaved and not supervised. Often times, kids are running around screaming, swearing and arguing w/ eachother; ultimately, disrupting the experience for everyone else.
4. Security Deposit - too expensive considering what you get.
5. Apartment Layout - While the apartment is large, after living here, I have learned that much of the space is wasted. Further, lighting is poor.
