I have actually lived in Cardiff Charles twice. It was such a great experience when I lived there for two years before moving out of state that I wanted to move back in when I returned to Maryland! These apartments are EXTREMELY spacious (and quiet...I don't think I've ever heard my neighbors aside from when people are in the stairwell), parking is ample, the location is extremely convenient and everything about the neighborhood is just great (very nice, well maintained landscaping, safe area, prompt snow removal, etc.). The maintenance staff is very efficient and really are just very pleasant people all around (they even remembered me when I moved back into the complex, which I thought was just so cool). The woman in the leasing office is wonderful and the rent is VERY reasonable for everything that is included. Additionally...there are very friendly people in the community and it's a nice environment for children.
