| I lived in Cardiff Charles Apts for 4 years. The apartments are bigger than any others (for less money) with spacious closets and bedrooms. The neighborhood is kid-friendly and has great local schools (Lutherville Elementary, Ridgely Middle, Towson High). | ||||||||||||
