When I first moved to this complex years ago, it was managed in a much better way. Now, it has become a third-rate apartment complex with a rude and generally dishonest managerial staff. The property managers in the leasing office are slow to get things done, and often do not honor complaints about certain residents, while going out of there way to admonish others. Someone in my building, who does not have a dog received a notice to have her "dog" removed or she would be evicted, while a resident in the next building over who actually has a dog (illegally) is friends with someone in the leasing office, and therefore, exempt from the rules.

And be warned: a resident in my building also had to have their apartment sprayed by a pest service for bugs. These are old buildings, and you're better off living somewhere else.
