Might as well live in a dorm room. They allow high school kids to move in, let them have all night parties with drugs and alcohol. The cops were called numerous times but management failed to do anything about the problem. We have had our cars vandalized, out apartment vandalized, and have not had a full nights sleep in months. The kids even poured used cooking oil on everyone's carpets and doors in the hallway. Except for their own. Some girl with vanity tags on her car "jenzy" was the culprit. Anyway, management was called right away on Sunday morning when we discovered the mess and it wasn't cleaned until Wednesday. The smell was horrific.
Other tenants have moved out because of the troubles here. This place is a gross place to live. I cannot wait to move out of here. If you do decide to look at Mays Chapel apartments, don't bother looking at Buttrick Ct. Total trash occupies that place now. Maybe other sections are nicer.

It all depends on your neighbors....I also live on Buttrick Ct and am very happy with it. My neighbors range from early 20 somethings to and older gentleman at least 60. My car has never been vandalized, the noise is managable. It really just depends on who moves into your building....

That is my liscence plate number and I will have the police called on you for putting my plates on here. I live on the 3rd floor and have never had a party or done anything with any oil ? ? I am also not a student. Please get your facts straight before you accure innocent people.
