Initially I lived in a 3 br 2 bath apartment. I lived there for over 2 years. At the end of that time I found myself in a situation and I needed to downsize. Management was very helful in finding us a smaller apartment. My daughter and I have lived here for over 2 years without incident. I love the floorplan, hardwood floors and private view from the balcony. The few times I needed maintence someone was there to fix the problem in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. I've never had a bug or spider problem and my windows shut out the cold in winter and keep the heat out in summer. I've always felt safe and secure here (being a single mom, that was extremely important)and I would definately recommend renting here. Sadly I am relocating and vacating my unit. If you know anyone looking for an apartment in Timonium, I recommend Mays Chapel Apartments!!
