I have lived at Dodworth Ct. since December 2006, and have had mixed feelings about this place. Initially, I was quite pleased as the apartment (2BR, 1 bath) was decently sized, a beautiful view out the balcony, etc. It's very pricey (Rent was $905, now $940) but it is a very safe neighborhood. Although lately, all the tenants kids run amuck in the parking lot, riding their bikes and leaving trash everywhere.

They will not get out of the way when you drive your car near them. It's really annoying. They also throw baseballs and footballs around the cars instead of using the large field that is available. I have seen the kids throw baseballs into other peoples vehicles multiple times. One kid stole my girlfriends iPod out of her car and was only returned when his mother saw a sign posted in the stairwell that matched the description of his "newly acquired" iPod.

Maintenance staff is very lacking. I had been calling for over a year to get our blinds replaced because they were broken and did not work. They finally came two weeks ago and replaced them with very nice mini-blinds, so I am pleased, but a year to fix the issue' Seems a little much.

The place is also crawling with silverfish, centipedes, and spiders. I believe the problem lies in the laundry room, because you always see Silverfish crawling around down there while you do laundry. I spray once a month, but it doesn't seem to help. They really need to call a Pesticide company and have them deal with it on their dime.

Walls are very thin, poorly insulated. I can hear my neighbors above and below me just walking around, which is annoying. In the hallway you can easily hear everyone's TVs. They need to sound-proof the doors a little more.

The grass is mowed maybe once a week, which allows the place to look like an overgrown mess, especially since there is often trash all over the place from the unsupervised kids running around.

Washer/dryer room in building is $1.75 for each, which is insane. For as much as you pay in rent, it should be free. It's cheaper to go do laundry at the laundromat.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but be careful if you're late on paying your rent as they will hit you with a court summons within a few days. This can be remedied by telling them you'll be late, though.
