Avoid Keelty management. This is an expensive mistake. They do not keep up their apartments. They do not keep maintenance appointments - it is up to you to follow up. They will "forget" about it. This apartment has road noise from I-83 and a noisy neighbor above. Waiting for my lease to expire so I can move on.
