Great Apartment My husband and I lived here for a few years before we bought our house. We loved the location! So close to stores, malls, easy access to 695, 83, York Road and Charles Street. Just 10 mintues outside of downtown Baltimore. Pretty quiet area with friendly neighbors.

THEY ARE SUE HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to move out of state due to work relocation. We were late with paying the last months rent and they ended up suing us and we also had to pay their attorney fees on top of all that!!!!!!

Good Value The apartments are huge for the price and they pay you gas bill. My bill comes to around 50 dollars and I never turn anything off. The leasing manager is great and whenever I have a problem they take care of it right away. On the negative side the complex doesn't have enough parking

I loved living here! Initially I lived in a 3 br 2 bath apartment. I lived there for over 2 years. At the end of that time I found myself in a situation and I needed to downsize. Management was very helful in finding us a smaller apartment. My daughter and I have lived here for over 2 years
