change of heart I was going to sign a lease here, but heard that a woman was raped in buliding 3, after leaving the pool, in 2006.

Cons: nearby to I-83, Beware of insects I rented this apartment recently. There are termites , spider etc on ground floor
apartment. Also you will hear lots of noise from people on floors above
you as the noise proofing is not good.
They recently opened a pool which gets "refilled"

Good Experience I had a good experience living at Padonia Village. Maintenance shows up quickly. The place is insulated well. The 2 down sides are that if you are on a lower level and your neighbor upstairs does not follow the rule to lay down carpet you will hear their footsteps. Also parking

Rude management policy I have been living here about 2 years. I think the office and maintain people are doing a good job. It could be better if these office staffs are more friendly and respectful. There used to be one lady, Lea, who is really nice. Unfortunately she is no longer working
