Paper thin walls and floors- you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and if someone lives above you, you'll hear every step they take. The hallways are gross and smell like everyone else's cooking smells combined. Nice Place for an apartment community I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it. The community is a nice place to live. Not too much contact with neighbors, though. People here seem to stay to themselves mostly. Compared to other apartments I have stayed in, this one is the best.

Cons: nearby to I-83, Beware of insects I rented this apartment recently. There are termites , spider etc on ground floor
apartment. Also you will hear lots of noise from people on floors above
you as the noise proofing is not good.
They recently opened a pool which gets "refilled"

Good Experience I had a good experience living at Padonia Village. Maintenance shows up quickly. The place is insulated well. The 2 down sides are that if you are on a lower level and your neighbor upstairs does not follow the rule to lay down carpet you will hear their footsteps. Also parking
