Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
for 6-7 monthsthere was an abndoned red car by one of the driveways on white pine, pool side.
no front tag, a front tag on the car rear ( no stickers for experation dates).
some 10 days ago, maint put a 5 day or we will tow you tag on the windshield. its still there.
not the first time this has happened .
