I have lived here for a year and a half. It is a wonderful place to live - BUT it is seriously overpriced. They have done many renovations lately, which is nice. They are renovating the kitchens and bathrooms - BUT only when you move out! My rent was raised $70 this year, even though I will never see the renovations in my apartment. Maitenence is pretty good. My main problem besides the overpriced rent is that because of renovations they turn your water off during the day at least once every two weeks, sometimes without any notice. So I will most likely be moving out come winter next year. But overall, since they were bought out they are a very nice place, very quiet, and brightly lit at night.
