Id have to say that this apartment complex is a huge dissapointment. I havent been here too long, a good 6-7 months but within these past few months i have been totally displeased. The dishwasher for one did not work when i first moved in, it took about 2 months for the maintance man to finally come out to work on it. As he was working on it they broke the cabinet underneath the sink as well. It will not stay shut, i believe it has something to do with the hinges. And that is yet to be replaced. Also, the bathroom door is completley broken, a new door needs to be replaced since it is so screwed up and that is yet to be fixed as well, but honestly im not too suprised. The maintance men are horrible. Ive never seen a pack of lazy patheic men in my life. Honestly they are bad...but anyways its not a good area to move to either. The first day i moved in, i looked out the window and saw 2 police officers holding down a women as she struggled to get away...also weeks after moving in my car got broken into! I also heard from a friend ( so im not entirley sure if this is completley accurate ) that there is reported 3 child melisters in the area. This is not the place you want to be...drugs, crime, and all. If you move here i can almost guarentee you will be dissapointed in a matter of weeks.

im thinkin bout moving there this summer. did you live on the renovated side? and when i went to look at the apartments. they looked really clean and no one was around. I went on a Saturday afternoon. thanks
