This complex has been nothing but helpful to my family since day one.I needed to move in a hurry so the staff(thanks Georgia) went above and beyond other local developments to get us situated as quickly as possible.The apartment(freshly remodled with new cabinets,appliances and fixtures)looks great!The grounds are always kept clean and the maintanance staff was right on top of my nitpicking(sorry).As for parking,there are many spaces available even after I park my work van and personal vehicle directly outside my window.My children enjoy the playgrounds, ballfields and also creating their own bicycle trails around the units.Neighbors have been friendly and no vandalism has occured to my property.In my opinion Seneca Bay is just fine by me!
