I love it here at Seneca Bay. We had no idea this community was here. A friend sugested we stop by and take a look. We did and we all are happy we found such a nice area near everything we need and like. The grounds and apartments are well taken care of with lots of parking. The children love all the friends they have met. We are thinking of getting a dog as pets are welcome. We can't wait for the pool to open. My husband loves the fitness center, me too.

Well, I hope you feel the same way when you need to move! My lease ended and I offered the full two months notice. No issues were noted regarding the condition of the apartment. I moved out in the middle of a month so the rent was pro-rated and I paid the amount in full. A month later I was expecting my deposit back, but instead they charged me a full months rent cancelling out my refund. After calling several times about the overcharge nobody ever called back. $300 plus interest they kept for themselves! Hopefully, a letter detailing this fraud to the attorney general will help. If not the better business bureau, my lawyer, or small claims court might be an option. If any future residents have any problems like this I would suggest doing one or more of the above. It's time to protect resident rights with this place!
