Okay, well, were do i start, i am a soldier in the us army so believe me im used some terrible living conditions, but come the #$@% on. it all started in 2007 when i regretfully moved in here, within the first week i discovered, the dishwasher has a really horrible water fountain feature, let me explain, when the water blows back into the drain instead of going down the drain it shot out of the valve to right of the sink across my kitchen missing the floor and hitting the dining room rug, also soaking the outlet, stupidly placed above the sink. Took two months to fix a 3 inch hose. second, the toilet didn't flush at all, the tank water release rubber piece was molded to the bottom of the tank, so when they replaced the toilet they dropped the old one in the tub scratching my tub up horribly... even though this was brought to the attention of the leasing staff... I'm pretty certain that this will reflect on my security deposit. They did not replace the wax ring underneath the toilet so the toilet shifts, 6 months and still waiting on that. Also, I had an electrical socket in my bedroom shoot sparks while my wife and I were sleeping luckily enough my alarm clock beeped when it was reset. So lets see what else, the rent is way to high and don't plan on going on a month to month basis a rent increase of minimum $200 increase will be expected per a month... yeah thats right, wtf and don't plan on being 5 min late with rent they issue court notices 1 day after rent is due, enjoy that, and you have to pay their court cost to. I'd love to break my lease but it would cost me a $2000 extra and they arn't worth that much to me, i hate the fact that i live here, my car has been vandalized by the juveniles who insist on skateboarding right in front of the leasing center. I can't count how many times I have seen their skateboards go flying into my personal property. When I went to the leasing center to voice my concern... to see see if anything could be done maybe at least a sign posted stating no skate boarding. The leasing office resolved my issue by telling me to write a letter voicing my concern and it would be taken care of at that point. Upon following orders came to find that once again nothing was done to resolve this issue and my car continues to be used as target practice by these kids and their skateboards no matter how many different locations my car is parked in. Also this is a horrible neighbor hood while only 3 of the tenants are registered sex offenders, about 50 of them are convicted felons,i know this I'm friends with some cops, ironically most of them come during the weekend. this neighbor hood has bus stops all over it, so instead of stopping on the main strip they ride through the lot, already my neighbors car has been hit, and mine has been hit twice by the dumpster people, and once by the truck, while my car is fixed now, it still has marks on the back from kids and their skateboards. Our apartment has been broken into several times, don't believe me walk through the complexes and look at the doors, especially 3730-D my friends lived there but moved out cause all their stuff got stolen and their rent money. Nice huh, well I'll sum up the rest by saying, bugs, cops, theifs, rapist, convicts, drunks, peeping toms, loud idiots, and careless staff.
ALSO, BEWARE OF A PARTICULAR STAFF MEMBER OF THE LEASING OFFICE... HER NAME IS GEORGIA... THERE ISN'T ENOUGH TIME OR SPACE FOR ME TO EXPLAIN WHY... JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING IN, YOU WOULD BE SMARTER LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ANY MORE!!

I agree with most of this. Do yourself a favor and make Seneca Bay your last choice. If its between Seneca Bay and Homelessness live here! Also, beware of the positive reviews you see regarding this apartment community. Most of them are probably written by Seneca Bay staff members.

be sure to take lots of photo of the repairs ,lol, and of the entire place before you move out. Gloris is ALWAts too busy to even talk to the residents. take pic of the sign , the skate boards. i have swent photo by e-mail when they were town and country. at least get it on your own records. btw are the two resident dood to door hookers still there ?

and.... did you or did you not hear about the Security Deposit scam ??? Dont expect to have that paid back even though they will send you a notice saying you are due the full amount back ...you will be waiting months and then realise its a scam !!! Been waiting 4 months here dude and inquired several times and was told there are many renters in the same boat..go figure ...about to catch them through Consumer Protection Bureau. Dont even mention that lady Georgia ..omigosh ...have never seen a more pathetic management in my entire stay in the US ...unimaginable ....totally fraudulent bethany group management.
