I have lived here since 2007 and never ever had a problem with mice, roaches or Amy! Amy is gone now, Stacy is Manager. When i call maintenance they come right out and fix whatever is needed. I have never had a problem with people loitering and a a matter of fact 2weeks ago i left my car

I recently went to tour an aparment and found the unit to be suprisingly nice.... but the area!?! horrible.. actually the perfect words- THE HOOD... if you dont mind that its a good choice. i won't be moving there.

Seriously Contemplating signing a lease ! I will be moving to this area within 90 days.Have looked at numerous Apt. complexes
and like Seneca Bay the most.I have a boat and like to fish so this is convenient to both. The staff was and is most helpful with my seemingly unending questions.

Horrendous The apartment complex is extremely poorly maintained. There are mice and very large water bugs. Maintenance does little to nothing to make repairs. My refrigerator floods and the explanation for this is that they have no idea what is wrong and will do nothing.
