Not bad I really like it here. Its fairly quiet. Maintenance is a joke. It takes them forever to fix things. During all the snow, some areas are cleared, others not cleared. I guess overall if you can deal with the slow maintenace its nice.

I have lived here since 2007 and never ever had a problem with mice, roaches or Amy! Amy is gone now, Stacy is Manager. When i call maintenance they come right out and fix whatever is needed. I have never had a problem with people loitering and a a matter of fact 2weeks ago i left my car

The Quietest Place I Ever Lived I loved it here. I never heard anybody thru the walls or in the halls. It was clean and when my toilet broke, they replaced it. I would recommend it to a friend! I just wish the fitness center was 24/7.
