Best Floor plan than other apartments in Millersville/Glen Burnie area
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 9/5/2003
Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
My duration over here is 5 year plus.
So my opinion is as follows:
Positive:
=========
* Largest living room. Since dining and
living room area are placed like L, it
even gives a larger look.
* Master bedroom is sufficiently big.
* Big windows make it more airy and
provide sufficient light
* Large walk in closet in master bed room
* Shopping area near by
* Washer and dryer in unit
* Having Gas stove gives option that you can
still cook food during black out (just a
remote possibility.
* At least not as bad like staff of Lake
Village townhouses at Severn who give
court notice if rent gets late by even
1 day.
* Bathroom, kitchen are sufficiently large.
* Sometimes, specially during winter season,
they throw really good deals.
Negatives
=========
* Staff is some what OK but for maintenace
need one need to call many times. Looks
like they always forget even after
assigning a work order #.
* Parking is not reserved. So specially at
corner buildings, it can be a problem.
* 2nd bed room is quite small.
* Ceiling and walls are very thin. So a bad
neighbour can be a problem.
* You have to pay for water and garbage. So
add $25 to $45 over rent depending on your
water usage. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
