I have lived here for over 2 years and really like it. The building I live in is a very quiet and roomy one bedroom. I would be staying longer if it wasn't for the increasing rent. After you add the $30 a month water bill I pay over $800 a minth for a one bedroom. They split the water uo evenly amoung the apts, which means I pay the same amount as the family across the hall with 6 people living there....that is my main complaint.
I have had no problem with noise,kids,parking or crime. Maintenance has gotten alot better since I first moved in.

It's been 3 years now since you've posted this... Do you still feel the same way? Can you tell me- what's the worst thing about living here? And the best? Also, do you know if they have bug problems?! Eww! My husband and I are looking at this area! Thanks!!
