First of all parking: wow, where do I start. About 10 parking spots for 30 people. Maintenance: the crew doesn't have a clue, they half ass things. I feel as if I am bothering the maintenace crew when something is broken. Where do they find these people' Neighbors: not sure what kind of people they are, rude, loud, inconsiderate, dirty, need I say more. The overall look of the complex is disgusting. They paint over paint time and time again and it's obvious. Half of the homes have 1 shutter or even half of a shutter on the windows. Have fun in the winter, they don't plow the parking lots for about 3 or 4 days so when you need to go somewhere good luck. Definetly not a place for children, it's just disgusting. I guess my main problem is maintenance though. I've had so many problems with things such as my heater breaking in the winter and the crew not fixing it for 6 days. I've also had a gas leak in my house which the crew did not know where it was coming from or how to fix it, BG&E had to come figure it out. My dryer broke and it took over a week to get another one. The windows are horrible, you can feel air coming through them from across the room. My garbage disposal broke and it took 4 days for them to even come look at it and then it took 3 days for them to fix it. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the point.

Misinformed resident. The place you are speaking of and were you lived is Yorktowne Townhomes, who are now under Berkshire and used to be owned by Mill Pond, but was sold over a year ago to Berkshire. Mill Pond are apartments and do not even have any shutters. How do I know? I lived at Yorktowne for 30 years before moving to Mill Pond over a year ago because Yorktowne bit the dust after Berkshire took over. Move to Mill Pond, as most of Yorktownes long term residents did and we love it. !
