Even though there's new management here this place is still pretty crappy! When my lease is up I am so out of here! The new management is all talk by the way. They could care less. I just recently received a notice saying if we get locked out at night they wont help us. That is really CRAPPY! Ever since we got into the recession they lowered the rent and all these creepy people are moving here. The neighborhood is turning into the slums! Millersville is NOT a place for the projects or ghetto people..ever since the new management it's looking that way. People smoke in the hallways, loiter outside the buildings, smoke weed, throw their trash around, and let their dogs poop EVERYWHERE. They are trashing the place! Parking is a huge problem! Maintenance sucks..they don't know what they're doing and they take FOREVER to fix a problem. They don't give you your key until you sign the lease meaning your apt. may be and is PROBABLY crappy inside. I've lived in two, and they both are OLD. ONly a few places have new, updated appliances. It is not fair. The carpet had stains on it, and they tried to tell me it was was new haha! The worst part is they wouldnt replace it! Save yourself some stress, and time and DON'T MOVE HERE. As for the the 'ghetto' people...MOVE TO B-MORE WE DONT WANT YOU HERE!!!
