Good but Changing Fast

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
During the time I lived here the neighbors were nice and friendly. Peggy was the manager and she was terrific. However the neighborhood had changed (for the worst) by the time I moved out. The townhomes are smalll and not realy worth the money you pay out.
