Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Small for a three bedroom townhome. Maintenance is great when they are given work orders. Many times work order was placed and not delivered to maintenance staff until tenant called back several days later to ask when work was going to get done. Office staff needs serious improvement. The secretary is rude and unprofessional. Three different managers in the one year I lived there.....when you call the district office they DO NOT solve any problems! Overall, I would look around as there are other rentals in area that are nicer and managed better!
