I'm in the newer section of townhouses off of Old Mill road (instead of the older ones by the leasing office off of Veteran's Highway) and I don't know how much of a difference there is but I'm certainly liking where I'm at. Most of my neighbors seem to be pretty nice and considerate, though there is one I wouldn't mind too much if they suddenly moved out never to return (but there's always one!).

We're on the end of a street, so there isn't a lot of traffic going by and it's relatively quiet, which I appreciate, and feels pretty safe which is also appreciated.

I haven't had to call maintenance for anything yet which is good, but it means I can't really rate them on that.

My only real complaint I can think of is I've gone to pay my rent a couple times (before posted closing times) only to find no one in the office with no notice as to why.

Still, the price isn't all that bad, compared to other comparable townhomes and the area is nice. We'll probably renew our lease in the summer when it comes time to do so.
