I've lived here since November 2005, and I can say that I love living here. I had to move into an area with a less expensive rent (moved from Bowie where prices are crazy), and at first was a bit hesitant. When I first moved in, I had one small issue with maintenance, but once I complained, they wound up fixing things right away and even reduced my rent for the month. Ever since then, everything has been great! Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and easy to work with. I live in the newer section off of Old Mill, and it's nice and quiet. I feel safe living here. I rent a one-bedroom apartment, and the only downfall I can really even say anything about is the lack of closet space. But, that's so minor compared to other apartment complexes I've read about on this site. I'd recommed this place to anybody!
