Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
My family and I moved here (Yorktowne side) in July of 2008 and we just signed the renewal papers on our lease. We love it here.
It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is still convenient to Baltimore and Annapolis. The grounds are kept clean and well landscaped. The maintenance staff responds quickly and actually fixes things. We've never had a problem with bugs or rodents. The office staff is very friendly and has been extremely sensitive to the community during this economic crisis by offering packets of information and just letting us all know that they understand.
We moved here from an apartment complex that was absolutely atrocious, and I honestly can say that we couldn't have picked a better place to come. I would recommend the Berkshires to friends and family (and I have! one of my coworkers moved here too!) any day.
