Wonderful place to live

My wife and our kids moved in to Berkshire in Oct 2008, the managment has treated us wonderful, the leasing agents are very proactive about our concerns and the maintenance team are quick to respond to any problems. We have the newly remodeled town home and the kitchen is beautiful. They have a huge pool that accomodates everyone in the community and they actually have events held for the residents. I would recommend this community to anyone new in the area and as a former leasing consultant myself it was easy for me to analyze the pros and cons of the managment and to be honest I saw not one problem I have with Berkshire. My wife and I plan on living here for a long time and we will eventually upgrade to a 3 bedroom on the property.
