To those desperately looking for a great place to live,

After only being here for 2 months I can not express my profound joy for being here at Harper's Mill. The constant nightmares & the final straw of bankcrupty w/ my former residence at Quail Hollow I feel that I've moved on up like George & Wizzie (The Jefferson's Theme Song)

The Leasing Consultants & mgt staff at Harper's Mill have been a true blessing and a joy to work with. I cannot express my gratitude enough their patience, kindess, professional & courtsey. Anyone looking to relocate to a community that lives up to the saying " There's no place like home" needs to be a resident of Harper's Mill. Since being here I haven't had to call maintenance for any repairs ( all units have been upgraded & remodeled),close to BWI, Light Rail & Amtrak since I'm constant traveler, property upkeep is always neat in appearance & centrally located to all major cities B-more,DC, Northern VA,DE & NJ but still gives you that suburban feel for all us surburanites.

Another thing that love I about them is that they offer a very generous referral program & have a security deposit program named Sure Deposit for only $89.00. Right now they're waiving the standard $25.00 application fee if mention this code NAQH & say that you saw this review. Which is truly a plus since we're all looking for ways to save money in this recession.

So go visit Ms. Debbie & the others at their leasing office & checkout their model apartments. You'll love it. Now at first the pricing may seem a little out of range but TRUST ME if you visit them & provide your contact info, you'll be the first that they contact since they don't publicly advertise their specials. Which is still benefit since the application fee special will be honored even if a few months go by.

We all deserve an upgrade in life.. Why not start w/ where you live at & be happy at Harper's Mill' You'll experince the same greatness of service that I have.

That's what I thought as well but for months later you see where I'm at. But that's way I can't stress enough for you to call for an appointment and review the property & provide your contact info because they don't publicly advertise their specials. And fill out an application the fee will be waived if you bring this review.There's no cost, obligation or comittment. You can't get any better than that. Trust me once they have a special you'll be the first that they contact since they have your info on file. Try again .. It will be worth your while. Keep me posted..
