YES!!! I moved here about 6 months ago and have LOVED IT. I was a little hesitant because it was a little more expensive than the other places, but it was SO. WORTH. IT. I have had ZERO problems with the apartment or staff. I had one issue with a window, and the guy was there to fix it

I Like It As a resident for the past 5 years, I have been very happy with the staff and grounds at mill Pond this past year. No place is perfect, but if work with the staff and they will work with you. Love the layout of the apartment, it is bigger than our townhouse was at Berkshire.
