I Like It As a resident for the past 5 years, I have been very happy with the staff and grounds at mill Pond this past year. No place is perfect, but if work with the staff and they will work with you. Love the layout of the apartment, it is bigger than our townhouse was at Berkshire.

Noise is a big issue; people can be heard at all hours-neighbors/their visitors honk car horns to get people's attention, cigarette/cigar smoke from nearby residences drift inside. The biggest issue has been safety; a high school is nearby and there are teenagers loitering/suspicious

DON'T LIVE HERE They never fix any thing. Ceiling leaks and has for 2 years. They ignore emails, phone calls, & faxes. Hole in wall still sitting there from when plumber had to fix water pipe. I had my Christmas welcome mat Stolen. Air Conditioning never works during summer. STAY AWAY
