I moved to Lake Arbor Tower on 11/27/02. So far I have received 2 confusing letters from the management office, but I quickly got them straight, Deanna the office person has been my point of contact since 11/27/02 and she is a very nice person. It is quiet, however, I know that one car was broken in to since I have been living there but I do know that car theft is an overall problem in the Mitchellville area and PG County. A police Officer has since moved in tothe building, I don't know if that has helped with that problem. I do agree that the lighting can be better ,but the place is clean and the neighbors are friendly, everything works in my apartment, it is spacious and the electricity bill is about 40.00 a month and it stays pretty warm in my place, the water bill comes monthly and is 11.00 a month. My kitchen appliances work and I find parking every night. I have enjoyed living here and I have no real complaints, like any place all things are not perfect.

been here for 6 years and melvin was the best maintenance person ever been here,since he left you can't get nothing done right please bring him back
