Last summer (June 2005) I gave this place a bad review and very low ratings. Since then positive changes have taken place, which has resulted in my change of heart. Management and staff members are now working with tenants to ensure that this is a place that we can be glad to call our home. Entering and exiting the property through the gates is no longer a problem, staff is courteous and communicating better with the tenants and tenants are invited to meet to discuss any problems or concerns that may arise. My parking issue has been addressed and I have decided to stay another year as I am pleased with the positive results. I would recommend Lake Arbor Towers to others.
