Brand new apartments still being built. I looked at many and this is the place. $1300 for a 1 bed small loft. Wanted the larger one for 1380 but they did not have one available. Buildings are electronic access and completely indoors. No breezeways like many. That means you can get in and out of the cold and heat by just walking in the door. I acutally have only used my heat once since moving in in December 05. Constantly 72 in my 3rd floor apartment. Hopefully it will be the same in the summer and not too hot. Great fitness room but the business office is only open during normal business hours. Meaning no late evening usage of their computers. Wireless is open in the office area so you can use your own laptops. Gas heat and stove which is rare for the area. Great kitchen with newest appliances. Check it out.

The reason they never have the one for $1380 available is that it is reserved for low-income individuals. Can you imagine?!

That is because something like 12% or 20% of their units by law has to be reserved for the MPDU program! I wish I had gotten in on that program myself! $1500/month is rough to come up with! I'll be honest though. I have not had any bad instances myself with any of the people living here! Everyone seems to be hardworking individuals to afford the apoartments here!
