I've lived at this complex for a year now. Though the apartments are nice and new, it is not worth the trouble you'll have to go through, once you are actually all settled in. I can't speak for the other Gables complexes, but the Montgomery Village one has major management problems. The customer service for residents is terrible! There is absolutely no care or concern about addressing and/or solving any issues or problems you might have. The people currently working in the leasing office need to be replaced!!!!!.... Do not fall for the maintenance guarantees. They will show up, but for example - I have voiced concern about the same issues throughout the year and nothing has been done to fix or identify the problem at hand. Also, be prepared for lots & lots of bugs all over the house, in the summer (more so for the people on the ground floor) and remember you can get stuck with an apartment on the ground floor, even if you specifically asked for one on the upper level. There are plenty of other issues, parking, the security doors (they don't work), noise, trash (condoms) & dog waste is left lying in parking lot for days, the gym equipment is left broken and non functional for weeks on end. I could go on & on..... Look else where! I can assure you; in the long run, you'll be happy you did! I'll be getting out ASAP!
