I've had the displeasure of dealing with both Kimberly and Shayla when I've needed to log the many complaints for this horrible community. They are both extremely rude, nasty, and unhelpful. I wonder why either of them even work here! They are beyond incompetent and unprofessional. You would think that at a luxry community such as this, the staff would be polished and professional. Not! My roommate and I can't wait to move. The apartments are infested with ants. The trash is overflowing 90% of the time. The gate is always broken. Dog poop everywhere! I am so angry with the lack of tenant service that I could SCREAM!

You are right that's is the same thoughts I have I couldn't describe about the staff Kimberly and Shayla and you found the perfect words for this people they are so rude and unhelpful they should be fired for incompetent that reason for this place to be this way is because they are so unhelpful YOU ARE RIGHT!

I had (and am having) a completely different experience. I think that both Shayla and Kimberly are exceptional women, and Gables is better because of their service to their clients (that being you AND I). One bad experience shouldn't shape the way you attempt to enlighten potential renters. It' unfair, to say the least. This community and its' staff are a gem that MD doesn't realize it has (once it does, I guarantee rent will increase immensely :0). I wish you both would have had a better experience, it's unfortunate that you did not, but please understand that neither speak for the majority.

Obviously hksweet works in the leasing office. Instead of covering for the ladies, why not encourage them to offer GOOD customer service instead of turning tenants off with their unprofessional behavior? They are obviously jealous of the tenants who can afford to live at Gables and they feel beneath the tenants, so their only recourse is to treat those tenants poorly. I'm sorry they are in a service position that makes them uncomfortable, but do us all a favor and GET A DIFFERENT JOB -- FOR PETE'S SAKE!
Mary The Manager is a psycho by the way. So is the Hispanic chick who assumes all the minority tenants are looking for an MPDU.
