Okay, now let's think about this for a moment. Why would someone go to apartmentratings.com to write a review' Probably because they are mad. If you had an okay/positive experience you might not think to review the place. Like myself, for example. I was merely looking for the phone number on google and saw these negative comments. I had to put my opinion in here. If things don't get fixed in a timely manner, it is not the fault of the two people in the office. They are merely the representatives for a large corporation. I have had some issues in my apartment, including the central air breaking, and they have always been nice and pleasant. The people that think they are horrible might want to look at how they are approaching things. If you go into the office screaming like a psycho, and not using any manners, how would anyone react to you' Plus, the idea that one of them is racist towards anyone who isn't white seems a little ridiculous, since she is a woman of color herself. Anyway, overall Gables is an okay, middle of the road, typical place to live. It's the tenants who aren't so great and take themselves a little too seriously.

Who says that we're approaching them screaming and without manners? We call them letting them know that something needs to be fixed. I have never been rude to them. So don't assume that your "tenants" aren't the great ones. Everything isn't revolved around you.

I agree with lt87489 the so called wonderul review was written my leasing office. plus there are move on the list of views
