Now there are two new full time women in the rental office. The first, ---- who is the manager is like Jekyll & Hyde. She answers the phone "It's a wonderful day at Gables Rothbury!" She starts off so sweet with you but the second you have a question, concern or let her know that they just flat out messed up, she turns off her sweetness and on her attitude. And the other lady, --- in the office, just flat out forgets to call you back, give messages, followup, etc. They are slow to fix problems and when you are concerned with something all they do is give you attitude. Definitely not customer friendly. Now the apartments themselves, are made of paper, you can hear your neighbors, snoring, playing music, tv, getting busy, etc. Then if you happen to live below someone who walks slightly heavy...good luck sleeping. They are seriously poorly constructed! I never personally had bugs, but I know of others who have seen cockroaches, which thank god I didn't see that or else I would have been gone immediately!. I'm so glad I no longer live there. There are many many more bad things about that place then good. But if you don't care about the management, hearing your neighbors, bugs or all ghettoness that surrounds that place, then it's the place for you! For the $$ they are asking for you can find better places.

Did you ever think maybe you were the "ghetto" being?? You must have came from Beverly Hills to think this is Ghetto. I am glad someone of your sort no longer lives here, cause you're the type that will make it bad for us that have no complaints but some minor issues here and there. Things that are human nature and happen anywhere you go! So I hope you are happy where you are now and THANK GOD you're NOT HERE!! You must really not know the definition of "GHETTO". May God bless you in all your endeavors!

AN OBVIOUS MANAGEMENT RESPONSE... HOW WOULD SOMEONE VENTING ABOUT THERE RENTAL EXPERIENCE AFFECT YOU? NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR SOCIAL SEC #... RENT PAYMENTS... APT... NAME... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND YOU BITCHIN?? YEAH OK...
