Since day one May 2009 the staff has been very helpful and polite, especially Mary Nolan. They worked with my situation and got me and my son into our Unit of Choice. The Apt Units are beautiful, spacious, clean, and the grounds are kept very clean!! One exception is the trash compactor area due to irresponsible LAZY tenants that leave their garbage sitting at the entrance (not the Complex's fault). I am in the military (they are military friendly) and have lived NUMEROUS places, I have to say this is the greatest complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance is always VERY friendly and will always go out of their way to help. They are quick to repair any items needing repairs (hardly any) and always do it correctly the first time. They work very hard and deserve RAISES!! I always feel safe in and around my home. Never hear the neighbors (maybe I just got lucky) but its always pretty quiet around the area. The garages are a nice amenity to have and I also like that fact that we get access to the Montgomery Village recreation areas during the summer. All in all its been great so far. Everyone has their own opinions but if you ask me its a very Nice place to live.
