I must say my apartment was spacious and economical. I didn't have any maintainence issues - and parking was always available in front of my building. I also found that the people in my building watched out for one another and we made sure that we were safe and secure. I did here stories from people - but everytime that I called it seemed that the Engineer serviced the problem that same day. Now don't get me wrong there are no warm fuzzies or pleasent suprises, but the grounds were clean, the apartment was maintained, it was spacious, and I didn't pay any utilities and I lived there for several years - until I was able to purchase a home.
