New Management Bad news
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 12/26/2004
Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2004
I lived at Queens Manor from 1990-2004(I will move out when my lease expires in Feb 2005) When I first move to this apartment complex I had to contend with roaches and my neighbor's kids who delights in slamming the front door, which shook the whole unit, well that was heaven compare to what I have to put up with, since this new management took over.(2003)
I have a neighbor upstairs who plays his music so loud it vibrates in my apartment. When I complain to him about the noise he knocks over a table on the floor, oh did I mention that he does not have carpeting, which is required by Maryland law. I have ask management to speak to him, they have not done so in the 11 months that I have been complaining, so far I have called the police three times, which doesn't help because as soon as they leave he does the same thing.
The new management that took over only care that all the units are occupied, they don't care about who they rent to, when you have people who's been living here 10, 15, 20 years who are breaking their lease and moving out, then something is wrong.
Don't let the remodeling fool you you'll be counting the days when your lease expires, so you can move out.
