From: ECOWAN22@VERIZON.NET Date posted: 5/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I HAVE LIVED IN THIS AREA SINCE 9/2004. TO ME THESE APARTMENTS ARE GREAT. I CAME FROM CAPITOL HEIGHTS AND THE APARTMENTS AROUND THERE ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUEENS MANOR. THE MAINTENANCE MEN COME WHEN NEEDED IN A SUITABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE YOUNG LADIES IN THE RENTAL OFFICE ARE VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. tHE NEIGHBORHOOD IS PRETTY QUIET. THERE ARE PLAYGROUNDS CLOSE TO THE BUILDINGS SO YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT HAVE TO GO FAR. THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SPACIOUS. YOU ARE BASICALLY GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE COMPLEXES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. STORES, SHOPS AND SCHOOLS ARE VERY CLOSE, WALKING DISTANCE. IT IS A ALL AROUND GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD.
