Yes, it was a good place to live until the management change and they hire 2 new spanish ladies. Since then, the office become an awful place to go. It's like you bother them when you enter into that office.
The maintenance guys are very nice but their work won't last long. My living room ceiling is leaking, they came one day (i don't know what they dit) and stop the leak. Two weeks after I have been having the same problem, I called and this time, no one never show up.
last week the put a note saying that they would be inspected the apartments, I am stil waiting to show that inspector the unsafe site of Queens MANOR APT.
