The staff is terrible

I have lived there since 2003 to now. My appartment is perfect but the management is a mess. The staff particularly the dominican girl,the dark skin one, is terrible. As soon as you show up to the office, you feel as unwelcome. If you have a request, you better get ready to call fifteen times a day. Jessica ( if it's her name), the new one, won't give your request to the maintenance and when you remind her about how many times you call, she ignores you completly and keep moving her mouth.
Hire people with good customer service skills to the job!!!!!!
