Management has gone through several changes and nothing has improved from the poorly lit parking lots to the various species of insects. There are some many bugs I have started Queenstown Apartments 16% Recommended Apr 14 2008: Well I have lived in Queenstown for about 8 months now and overall my experience is great. Queenstown is under new management and everything is great, me, my man and my bestfriend live in a 2 bedroom. The price is Kaywood Gardens 42% Recommended Apr 08 2008: I've just completed a year at Kaywood Apartments. I have no complaints any issues I've had management has resolve quickly and professionally. The apartment I live in is roomy and the area is pretty quite. Parking can get tight after Kaywood Gardens 42% Recommended Mar 12 2008: 1. Your car will get broken into 2. Parking is a hassle for residents after a certain time (so expect to get tickets if you park illegally) 3. HUGE BUGS...roaches, waterbugs, centipedes...you name it, you're gonna see it 4. Poor paint job Kaywood Gardens 42% Recommended Dec 19 2007: WATERBUGS EVERY WHERE: IN THE BASEMENT, IN THE STAIRWAY. SOMETIMES YOU WOULD SEE THEM CRAWLING INTO SOMEONE'S APARTMENT UNDER THE DOOR. YOU MIGHT EVEN SEE THEM IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT. I KEPT MY APARTMENT VERY CLEAN, BUT THAT DIDN'T MATTER |
