It's fine I have lived in Kaywood on 28th Place for a year now. Its great for students... close to DC universities and the rent is comparable to other places. Parking is never a problem, my neighbors are quiet and the grounds are always clean. The bad... I saw about 4 waterbugs, 1 or 2
