I moved into Carrollon Manor in 1999, when I first moved in my building was quite, the grounds are kept up very nice, the problems I had with them is you have two apartment units sharing two washer and dryer can you imagine twelve unit sharing only two washer and dryer.

The maintenance staff is excellent, they're response to your calls are quick and they're very professional, I haven't had to much dealing with the rental office staff, but the little contact I had with them was good.

The snow storm we had the past winter, the time it took for them to get someone out to clean the parking lot and sidewalks was very poor and it just the attitude people take they don't live there so they don't concern themselves with it.

I believe that Kay Management need to put surveillance cameras up, there has been a rash of break in and theft of resident vehicles, I feel when you're pay a high rent plus utilities the least they can do is to act as though they're trying to protect you property
